Ever since, the property has been owned by multiple generations including Senator Jerry McWilliams, the Russian Count Nicholas Lakuska and the Nefgzer Cattle Ranch Company. Most recently, Buchler was the vice president of operations for a Burger King franchise with 20 restaurants in Colorado Springs and Denver. The Hay Loft package features our Loft Banquet Room which comprises our entire upstairs and can accommodate wedding parties with up to 110 guests in attendance. The Ranch package features our spacious private Ranch Room reception area, with a cobblestone fireplace and bay window overlooking our garden and ceremony area. The Pine Grove package is our most intimate package, with attendance for up to 24 guests.
